So, let's say you have a 2009 Mercedes C63 AMG, and the stock 451 horsepower is a bit too wimpy for you. Not a problem, simply get a MHP Stage 3 Package, and get 652 horsepower and 595 torque from a naturally aspirated Mercedes V8. Add 125 shot of nitrous and you got a smooth 900 crank horsepower.
How does a 10.41 second quarter mile sound at 135.27 miles per hour? Pretty good right? It's fast enough to be the world's fastest C63.

Buckle your seatbelts. This is no ordinary 2007 Mercedes SL600. This one is built by Speedriven, which uses a 5.5L Mercedes V12 biturbo to create 800 horsepower and 1000 ft lbs of torque. That translates into 10 second quarter miles and top speed of more than 200 miles per hour. My kind of Benz.
The car is able to run on clean natural gas, and the engineer, Bernie Towns, claims that when running on CNG, the car can produce better numbers and have 80% lower emissions than when using gasoline. In fact, they he has already started to tune the car using CNG and says the car can run an exceptional 230-240 mile per hour top speed. Wow.
Towns claims that green is the new fast, and I would agree. Expect to see many more ultra performance cars such as this one running on natural gas and emitting record low emissions.
